Returns Eligibility

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The product must be in its original condition, free from wear or damage, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built or special-order pedals.

Products that show signs of misuse, modification, or excessive wear.

Initiate a Return: Contact us at cosmicloopfx@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund or restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement.
Warranty
