There any many ways the the Parallelarator can be connected, depending on the equipment that you have, there's no right or wrong way! However, for optimal results, we recommend connecting the Parallelarator in the effects loop of your main amplifier as shown below:
if using a single amplifier
Amplifier Effects Send -> Parallelarator Dry Input
Parallelarator Left Output -> Amplifier Effects Return
when used with 2 Amplifiers - Stereo
Left Amp Effects Send -> Parallelarator Dry Input
Parallelarator Left Output -> Left Amp Effects Return
Parallelarator Right Output -> Right Amp Effects Return
when used with 2 Amplifiers - Wet/Dry
Dry Amp Effects Send -> Parallelarator Dry Input
Parallelarator Left Output -> Wet Amp Effects Return

when used with 3 Amplifiers (for full WDW):
Main (Centre) Amp Effects Send -> Parallelarator Dry Input
Parallelarator Left Output -> Left Amp Effects Return
Parallelarator Centre Output -> Main (Centre) Amp Effects Return
Parallelarator Right Output -> Right Amp Effects Return
